GLP-1 lived-experience roundtable

UKCPO is helping Boehringer Ingelheim identify people to take part in a London roundtable about obesity, liver health and private-market GLP-1 experiences.

UKCPO is helping Boehringer Ingelheim identify people who may be interested in taking part in a roundtable discussion about obesity, liver health and experiences of accessing GLP-1 medicines through the private market.

The roundtable is expected to:

  • Take place in London during September 2026, on a date to be confirmed.
  • Involve a small group of approximately 15 people.
  • Provide an opportunity for people from different backgrounds to share their honest experiences and perspectives.

Boehringer Ingelheim is particularly interested in hearing from a diverse group, including younger adults, people from different cultures and ethnic backgrounds, people of different genders and people from a range of income groups.

People who are selected and contracted will be reimbursed for their time at an appropriate fair-market-value rate. Reasonable event-related expenses will also be covered, subject to the arrangements confirmed by Boehringer Ingelheim.

Completing this form does not guarantee a place. UKCPO will use the information to identify potentially suitable participants. Those shortlisted may be contacted directly by Boehringer Ingelheim for further screening and contracting.
